Winter Season: November-March typically offers our best rates, perfect for those seeking quiet mountain getaways and holiday retreats. Special Events: Rates increase during major Hot Springs events including Oaklawn Racing season, Hot Springs Documentary Film Festival, and major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's).
